ReAttach Academy

ReAttach Academy is a global training institute dedicated to equipping healthcare professionals, coaches, and counselors with innovative, evidence-based methods for addressing psychological and psychosomatic challenges. Founded by Dr. Paula Zeestraten-Bartholomeus, the academy specializes in ReAttach—a noninvasive, short-term intervention designed to enhance stress regulation, emotional processing, and personal growth without requiring clients to relive traumatic experiences. 

The academy offers accredited programs such as the ReAttach® Practitioner Training and Affect Coach® Training, both of which are structured to provide practical skills applicable across various client populations. Additionally, an introductory course featuring the W.A.R.A.® (Wiring Affect with ReAttach) method is available, offering a rapid (90-second) technique to alleviate negative emotional states.
